I have observed that people who have ever heard this guy either love him or hate him. I respect the musical taste of many people who have decided that they love him, but I have to say I run screaming from the room whenever he's on. Sorry.

To me, Ben Folds is like Russell Crowe: I want to break his nose.

It's OK not to like Ben Folds.

A couple of his bigger hits, I can't stand. I just really like his piano style and how does the arrangments for his combo --it's a little different from 3-chord indie. And his lyrics are clever sometimes.
