I don't want to wander too far away from the comedic value of this story. What I really want to know, though -- if the old guy dies, will Cheney be charged with manslaughter like any other dope would be?

Surely they'll just say the dude was an enemy combatant and that Cheyney was personally doing undercover ops, befriending him, gaining his trust, infiltrating his training camp and then shooting him at the opportune moment.
