Are the rest of their songs this nifty? I've only heard this one song by the Delgados and I'm wondering, should I go ahead an take a chance on an album or two?

That song was excellent... but is it by The Delgados or Gunslinger Girl?

Forgive my ignorance, I've heard nothing by either group.

Delgados. I think Gunslinger Girl is an anime that song was used in.

Right you are, weretable. I actually found this on a site that specializes in anime themesongs. I was a little surprised that an anime would use a Scottish indie band. I investigated some more and found them reviewed positively, but I don't trust reviews. This track seed an odd mix of Belle and Sebastian and Polyphonic Spree. I was juse wondering if anybody out there had heard one of the ablums and could elucidate.

I have all of their albums. I play their ELO Mr Blue Sky cover regularly on my Mecha radio.
