I like to contribute to this site and enjoy being here. In rare instances, I have failed to remain pleasant and respectful to other users. It is my aim to walk away from ineffective conversation in the future, rather than to let discourse devolve into something unworthy of MetaChat.

Also the headphones I'm using are weird. some wire is loose in the left phone and I get no sound from it unless I wrap the connector cable around my ear twice. But I need my music, so here I sit looking vaguely stupid.

What he's listening isn't known for certain, jonmc, but that guy in the right foreground is reaching up to swat the biggest horsefly in the (admittedly brief, at this point) history of the United States off the fifer's leg.
