Last year I found a classic Sci-Fi paperback art calendar. Winner gets my adoration for, 5 minutes or so, then it's back to "what have you done for me lately?"

This classic 1939 calendar from the Works Progress Administration is beautiful, and the dates/days of the week line up for 2006. (From this MeFi post). I will now sit back to enjoy my 5 minutes of appreciation, which is about all I expect to get today.

Roll your own at Flagrant Disregard, find a photo on Flickr you like and copy the URL into the Calendar maker and voila, instant custom calendar!

thanks all...these are great. I think I'll actually use all of them. I'm taking your's home, LarryC - I'll just have to work on the holidays this year.
Fenriq - I was originally to lazy to figure out photos for a custom calendar, but yeah, Flickr is the way to go.

I really like the WPA calendar, LarryC (my mum's dad worked for them in the 30s). I'd use it if I had a decent printer.
