Emailed this to my friend who has a severe shrimp allergy. She will be heartened to know that the world agrees with her that shrimp kills.

I feel for the guy, but shouldn't they be suing the hospital? I mean, the death was surgery-related, not shrimp related. Now, if a chef through a shrimp like a ninjastar and it stuck in the guys eye and killed him, then I would sue benihana.
