Tea update... →[More:]So, this morning I was at the Public Market, and as always I was trolling the aisles of the Spice Company. I decided this time to pick up a tin of "Panyong Congou" tea. It's made in Fujian Province, which also produces the excellent Lapsang Souchong tea.
It's excellent... sweet and rich and somewhat malty, with plenty of caffeine. It's really relaxed me after a rough 24 hours. And apparently it's supposed to give me "'the agility and sexual prowess of the patriarch of a golden monkey troop'." I guess we'll have to see about that.
