Tea update... →[More:]So, this morning I was at the Public Market, and as always I was trolling the aisles of the Spice Company. I decided this time to pick up a tin of "Panyong Congou" tea. It's made in Fujian Province, which also produces the excellent Lapsang Souchong tea.

It's excellent... sweet and rich and somewhat malty, with plenty of caffeine. It's really relaxed me after a rough 24 hours. And apparently it's supposed to give me "'the agility and sexual prowess of the patriarch of a golden monkey troop'." I guess we'll have to see about that.

Oh dear Lord. We do not need this.

But "nutty aroma"...who can resist a hint of nuttiness? All the good things in life have a hint of nuttiness.

Except my new muppet socks have a hint of nuttiness and it is irritating me to no end. The dog got a hold of them and chewed on them and now the long fibers are entangled with bits of pecan shell.

I'm sorry. Tea? Did someone say something about tea?

I like Snapple. Lime Green, Mint, and Raspberry, especially. But I only drink them sparingly because I imagine them to be all sorts of unhealthy.

Monkey Picked Tea.

I could not find tea made from monkey poop, although you can buy coffee made from Weasel Poop
