I am going to fulfil my wifely duties (making iconomy's soup for dinner (what?)). Then we will probably watch one of our netflix movies, have a couple beers, play some backgammon or cards, bed. Typical weeknight evening.

Cool, gaspode - let me know how much you love it! Weirdly, I was thinking of making it tonight too, because we have this really good crusty bread and it's good for dipping.

I'm going to try to figure out how to take unblurry photographs with my digital camera. I think I have to lower the resolution or something, but I have no idea how to do that, and god forbid I should RTFM.

dying my hair.

(I've found the "ruby quake" shade is shockingly close to Vampire Red on unbleached hair, but holds out an entire month on my naturally light brown with a shocking amount of grey white girl locks)

It's already tonight here (6pm). Just waiting for dinner to finish cooking (portobello mushrooms stuffed with cream cheese & garlic, with steamed veggies) then a night in watching TV, including the new series of ER.

Exciting life I lead, eh? But it's a 'school night' and I have to be up for work at 5.30am, so that's about as racy as it gets midweek.

Yay! Canadian Under20 wins the World Junior Championship!

Russia got BONED on that non-called goal.

The Canucks won tonight - damn sloppy, but at least it didn't turn into a 10 game losing streak. Was kind of hoping for another meltdown loss so they'd wake up instead of continue phoning in games.
