Mrs Geezer has got me some Looney Toons DVDs and books, the Scorcese/Dylan DVD, an Ernie and Bert CD and the Joe Meek box set. My parents got me a rather flannel-like shirt-type affair (tis a strange affair) - looks like good slobbing-around-the-house gear. I feel I've done rather well.

I'm off out to do a bit of shopping, have a nice meal and then to a nice warm, cozy pub to get completely hammered. Very civilised I'm sure you'll agree.

I believe "geezer" is one of those odd British terms for "guy". See also "bloke", "chap", etc. Or, it could be his last name. In which case I'd like to take this opportunity to say Happy Birthday, Mr. Geezer.
