Radio Free Sciurus also: Do I have something between my teeth?

I have a question that has neither anything to do with sciurus nor what might be between his teeth: I need a walk-through on how to use YouSendIt. The only thing I can find is how to mail something to a recipient. But how do I get the pages like you guyses link to?
