I think I want to make cream cheese fudge as a holiday treat for my little nephew; do you have a great (easy!) recipe?

I don't think I've encountered this particular sweet here in Greece, so it might be something special... And even if his mom and dad don't let him have too much of it, they will love eating the remainder.
