So sue me Rather than pollute the question thread itself, I'm just going to vent here that I'm sad that the question even had to be asked.→[More:]
How about, *gasp*, take the huge fucking risk and let kids be kids.
Yeah, the thought of being afraid that kids or their parents would sue you for their snowball fight just tells a sad story about society today. Creepy.
If a bunch of kids decided to have a frisbee toss on my lawn, near my drive way and if one of them gets hurt, or winds up with grass stains on their clothes. Can they blame me? It's my lawn, but surely it's not my frisbee. I park my car in my drive way but I do not encourage kids to come and make merriment.
Boy, am I sick of posts that begin IANAL, so what? It's not like the bar association is going to raise a fuss about some nerd spewing in a silly thread. If lawyers are so smart, how come half of them lose the cases they try? Answer me that!
