This makes me very unhappy *shudders*
Even a 330 million year old scorpion can creep me out if it's 2m long.
Scorpions don't bother me nearly as much as spiders do (and big and ancient is cool).

Maybe because there were no scorpions around where I grew up I never learned to get icked by them?

Ahh, we got those 3m scorpions in NYC sewers. And Crocodiles. And CHUDs.

Clearly a radscorpion.

You know, the only thing that really icks me out are house centipedes. They just move so darn fast.

Yeah. No way in hell I'm clicking that link, Specklet.

I just don't like exoskeletons.

Oh jeez, Specklet. We've got those in the basement and I didn't know what they were called. Icky, icky.

Here I am. Rocked you like a hurricane. Could have been worse, though. Could have been a Russian squirrel. Or a moose. A moose once bit my sister. Must keel Moose and Squirrel.

Don't, gaspode. They are fuckin' freaky, I tell yuh. I can deal with snakes (I'll be your champion, mudpuppie!), spiders, rodents, assorted bugs, insects, larvae, etc. But not house centipedes.

its raining, a moose but your sister? What was she doing at the time? This could be a good story.

Sorry, Specklet. Lame Monty Python geek reference.

Oh. I totally should have gotten that. Little slow today. Rrrruh.

How's the cold?

Not so groovy.

I made it into work today, but when I cough, my co-workers start in alarm. It sounds like I have a gravel-filled velociraptor in my chest.

I'm getting better, though. Did I mention that my birthday present to myself is to quit the occassional smoking? Oh yeah. And if this chest cold isn't a sign that god approves, I don't know what is.

Goodonya. Velociraptors should never be smoked. Baked or braised only. Frying is right out.

Point taken.
