The yellow circle should be available. To be honest though folk round here seem to ignore it for some reason.

Alternatively I could change the posting date whenever you want me to so it rises to the top of the pile. I'll admit to being a bit flakey lately (dandruff? what dandruff?) but I'll try my best.

I agree with the yellow circle observation, dodgy, which is why I put it out there. I was hoping for a more long term type of solutions as it seems that we're not going to stop gathering and there's a reasonable slice that don't regularly follow MeFi enough to make posting something in MeTa a consistently workable alternative.

Changing the posting date would work for short term, but then people just sort of skip over it, I fear. All in all, it's not that big a deal, but I wondered if collecting the brainpowers here wouldn't produce an elegant solution, perhaps one that didn't involve extra work on your part, but we shall see, no?

A sidebar, like mefi's, except more easily updated?
