Yep, he drove me home last night, and we went out for a few drinks after work. I was totally planning on asking him, but when I got to his cube he said "let me finish this one email, then we can leave and go get a beer."
A friend stopped by to check it out, said "he's so into you" but I am still not sure. Didn't stay out too late, he called me sweetheart when he left. (he had to go back to work this morning)

Could be. It's not in an "I'm too old for you" way, though. It's saying something like "well, you're still so young" or "when you're as old as me, you'll..." or "but I'm a lot older than you, so..."
To which I generally respond by pointing out that it isn't that much of a difference, given how old we both are, how we have tons of mutual friends (discovered that after we started hanging out, a funny surprise), and how we're at basically the same place in our lives despite said age difference.
