I should have clarified that the 'good' part is the case being thrown out of court. I didn't think someone might assume I am celebrating the death part.

oh jeez.it's bad enough getting your ass kicked on the street (trust me I know), but having to deal with killing some kid, a court case, and fearing revenge? That sucks with a capital S.

The Anii were one of the tribes the Romans kicked out of Italy. I think they were driven into Switzerland, where they were assimilated into the Helvetii.
