I just met with the GC. Everything's fine, my drawings are fine, the schedule is fine, and I'm so relieved I'm tearing up. I hope all of you have pieces of your life that are falling into place.

5 weeks ago, I started a physical therapy for my heart disease. Already, I am doing an hour of aquarobics each day and swimming 3 laps of backstroke.

Last month I couldn't even dream of doing so much; I thought I was destined for couch potatodom. Now, I am making plans to return to work in January, after being on disability for 2 years.

Some say working will kill you, try not working. The slow death is even more agonizing.

Duder, that is awesome. Nothing like steady controlled exercise to do wonders for the ticker. I dropped my BPM by ten as of my last physical.
