With your guidance, I am no longer a NIPSA, and my original goal of joining the Mecha faces roster has been reached.

What worked: Once I got it through my head that Flickr was primarily interested in photographs, I deleted the photoshoppery from my page, uploaded a few photographs, waited a day, and emailed the Flickr guardians.

As of today, I'm sorted out, and just finished RE-uploading some of the stuff I deleted.

So, again, thank you.. especially safetyfork, boringpostcards, taz, and self-noise. Your clarifications and advice made it clear what I needed to do.
