The complaining neighbor is named Bowring, and the person with the tombstones named Pranke? I've written my share of satirical articles and come up with much subtler joke names than that.

That said, if by some bizarre chance it is true, she should comply by putting the names of the complaining neighbors on the tombstones.

Of course then they'd just go to the police again, this time saying they're being threatened. I recommend euthanasia for people like this.
