That has *got* to be a prank. With lines like "Watch out for the happy ending" and asking the girl to yell something while he puts the phones against his friends *beep*[sic] it's screaming fake. And of course, why is it being recorded in the first place?
That being said, worth a chuckle.

I heard one years ago (god I sound old) with "an actual relay operator". That one was probably a prank, and this one is DEFINITELY a radio prank - doesn't that guy sound a lot like a disk jockey?

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that's Crank Yankers. The bit was pretty funny but it works so much better when you can acutally see the puppet masturbating. As is true in pretty much any situation, I find.
