Help me with my screen The yellow circle on the mecha front page, it's a circle not an oval, right?
It's round, ortho.

It's ever so slightly oblong.

Arggh. I can only get true circles in one screen mode 1920x1200, and that makes everything too small when I sit back about three feet from the monitor. When aren't there fractions of 1920x1200 available?

So now I've upped the DPI setting from the standard 96 DPI to 120, and my fonts look weird.

I liked Verdana better when it was slightly elongated, and Verdana's important, because that's the font I program in.

What's changing the DPI actually do??

What's a font that looks like Verdana but a little taller??

You talking about that square yellow shape in the right upper corner?

(So, do you have an LCD screen?)

Ever since I converted MeCha to "less obviously non-work related" mode by blocking images from metachat.org, the triangle in the corner has vanished for me.

Which reminds me, I wonder if there is any chance of a "home" link at the top of the page next to "new post"? When you have no images, the link to the main page is only at the bottom of the page.
