Heh. I once interviewed for a job where they explained to me very carefully that all salaried employees were expected to work at least 45 hours a week. Fortunately I got a better job before I needed to accept that one.

Eh, ditto stilcho. Blew my first several interviews fresh out of school. Was down to two, and I was flying into a new city, at my expense, to do so. At interview #1, it was calmly explained to me that everybody there works 80 hours per week and I would, too. Summer students, junior and senior personnel -- everybody (and all staff privately and in concert agreed without hesitation). Were it not for the success of my second interview, I would have worked there. And instead, I only worked, maybe, 65 hours per week. (but it was a great place)
