You can get labeled a sex offender or be accused of sexual harassment for some really stupid shit these days. The first time I heard about someone being labeled a sex offender for mooning someone, I thought it was insane (especially since it was a high school kid that did the mooning, kinda typical at that age) but I have heard of several similar incidents since then. Note I still consider it to be nutty as fuck, but it no longer surprises me at all to hear something like that.
