That's why I'm buying drinks Janus. I won't reveal anything about how different the wino is from his real life secret identity except to say this, I start the fight 3% of the time, stop the fight 96% of the time and am in the bathroom and miss the fight 1% of the time.
C'mon in have a drink I say, nobody really wins fights except Bruce Lee and the CIA killed him with an asprin laced pot brownie.

De nada, I'm a weekday meetup kinda guy, weekends are mostly spent with the famalamadingdong. You can find me and Run jonmc at the bar too often on a weekday (I hope he can come out soon now that he's been semi-repaired, hint). I'm around though.

there should be a freedom fighter/terrorist drink named for Kashmir (though i doubt there will be much freedom fighting going on there for the next year or so)

*I am in no way refined. I drink Wild Turkey and Buds in the summer and Guiness and Bushmills in the winter and whatever the fuck is free the whole year round. Including the cap'n.
They keep Stoli in the freezer around here? A 3 ounce glass of that will do me just fine.
That's a good drink, makes me wrestle furniture. I'm shocked how many bars don't keep a bottle of Stoli in the freezer. When I want a syrupy cold shot of vodka they offer to "chill it" for me like a martini, which doesn't work.
And you're correct that I'm only semi-repaired, dude. Yesterday, I managed to get a quick appointment at a prestigious university hospital way the fuck uptown. After dressing in my third goofy-ass hospital gown of the past two weeks and getting another x-ray, the doctor told me that I was "lucky," that the lithotripsy didn't work because the stone is so big that the chunks it would've broken into would've caused pain bad enough to send me to the emergency room. Long and short of it is, in early novemebr I go in for laproscopic surgery to remove the stones once and for all.
After the appointment, in either celebration or sheer befuddlement, I did treat myself to a plate of catfish & fries and one of thos "Texas Sized" margaritas with an extra test tube of tequila at Dallas BBQ.

Do you ever have the crazy old school boilermaker where they drop the shot in the beer and then if you chug it the shot glass slams off your front teeth or chokes you? People were so much cooler in the old days. I just have a shot and a beer most times.
That's the only kind of boilermaker for me, Divine_Wino. The beer and shot just isn't the same. Chugging a full beer with a whiskey shot is way more fun.
Shot of Jamesons & a pint of some nice ESB, please. After that, I will pathetically switch to PBR so I won't get hungover. Although a margarita sounds gooooooood, I haven't had one in a long time. Rocks, please, and salt, of course.
