i spread a truckoad of mulch today →[More:]
My yard is much happier. Mums are getting purdy. It might frost or even freeze tomorrow night, so I might not have much else pretty left after that. Heh. I lost quite a few mums last winter, I think it got too dry. I need to go buy more. Yes. Um. HI!

Helped my mum with 10 cubic yards of it last year. Urgh.

I once had to have a new well dug, and to fill in all the mess I had two tons of dirt delivered. Instead of dumping it in the big hole, the morons dumped in a different part of the yard. It was me, a shovel and a wheelbarrow and a very long day. Didn't think I'd ever stand up straight again.

Anyway, glad you got your chore done. I'll bet your yard is pretty.
