Hee! For the record, with the exception of the ubiquitous 'Yellow', I heard Coldplay for the first time about 2-3 months ago (I don't listen to commercial radio.) While I do like a couple of their songs, I've heard each less than 20 times and am still not so certain what the circus is all about.

Quartermass, to be honest, I think that a lot of people have caricatured me in their minds on the basis of a few very in-your-face characteristics of mine on mefi. I am very much that person in many respects, but I'm also some other kinds of people, too, if that makes sense. I'm really a mix of some widely divergent things and, in a way, I think my musical tastes represent some of that.

These were pulled out of my incomplete MP3 collection--I lost most of it in a hard drive failure earlier this year and haven't gone to the trouble to recover everything. But of what I had available, a lot of that playlist is really my favorite stuff. If I did another one, I'd not have as much stuff to select from, although I'd pick other tracks from the same artists as above.
