The History section on that site is vague. What empire? Who were these people before '94?

If I want to nominate fleshlight, where do I get all the other information they ask for (add'y, &c.)?

I think it was a British Empire thing. They bought the rights. It is most suspicious.

It's weird that they don't name any current or past Imperial Mark holders.

Unfortunately (unsurprisingly) my work proxy won't let me turn on the fleshlight.
