By the way, I asked iconomy to make us a nicer version of the "how-to make a corpse" page, and she's made a really good, clear explanation of how it works.

Oh that kind of corpse. And here I was ready to share my get-rid-of-a-corpse knowledge and my "be your own undertaker" book, making corpses is the easy part.

Late as always, I posted one in the voices of metachat thread.

I would do the voice thing but I've had the oddest experience: about 2 weeks ago I lost the upper half of my register and now it's just gone. I can't get it back. My throat isn't sore. My lower register is unaltered. It's just like I've hit puberty... again, and this time it's wiped out another half of my range. Argh.

hey dream, i've had this laryngitis like virus for weeks and a week's of a slow climb out of it, but it doesn't sound very much like me. i may try again but i'm not going to go through the balancing and clean up any time soon, or so i think right now.

i lost my middle register working in an OSHA violation of art restoration. it's come back marginally but i lost that clean sarah vaughn sound long before that.

taz, if you wanna slot me in so we can see if we can get one up really fast, i may be able to.

Well, my sig other now has a full-on sore throat, so maybe that's my fault and I acted as some kind of asymptomatic carrier. Or maybe unrelated, don't know. But it saddens me that I will no longer be able to properly sing the Fraggle Rock theme in key.
