The one thing feeding Google is the Open Directory Project, a directory of websites compiled by human editors!
You should defitinely use ODP (e.g., Regional>Africa>Algeria>Weather>Current Weather Conditions in Algeria) as a reference source. Great info found by selecting (clicking) the links.
If you would like to do a keyword search of the ODP, than use Google Directory which uses the Google page rank technology to crawl the ODP.
