The beloved knave lives near Providence, Rhode Island. But not actually in Providence, because they won't let him. Because he is a habitual line-stepper, and he is too lazy to capitalize the capital. Also, he is going to run away soon in a house on wheels so it doesn't much matter that he capitalize the capital or even live near it.
