Viachicago is totally awesome. Yes, she is from Chicago (well, the suburbs) and is a Cubs fan, like all good Chicagoans.
You can often find viachicago on IRC in the late hours of the evening. If you are too lazy to type all ten letters of her name, you can call her via. She will probably make fun of you, unless she likes you, in which case she will make fun of you a lot. Via is quite witty and fun to talk to.
