Catching up I realize I haven't been around her much. What the hell, Doohickie? So some stuff has happened.→[More:]

We have a new cat. He was about two or three months old when we got him in October. His name, so he tells me, is Ignacio Butterscotch, the Earl of Purrington. So I call him Iggy.

Remember the recent hostage situation at Congregation Beth Israel in Colleyville, Texas last month? A friend of mine was one of the three hostages. That's him in the blue shirt flying out the door.

We had Texas Freeze 2022 last weekend. It wasn't nearly as bad as last year. No major issues.

Some things don't change. As usual, Miko said it better than I could. :) I'm not on here much anymore either, but it's so comforting to see familiar names!

I really should stop in more often. It was always nice in here.
