Daylight savings time. WHHHYYYY??!! do we keep up with this insanity of changing clocks here?

Ours go forward next weekend.

I remember a few years ago I was in Ohio when the clocks went forward. I got home the next weekend, when they went forward again in the UK. But in the autumn, as I was at home, I only got to put the clocks back once, so I still believe I lost an hour of my life and have never got it back.
