Join us over at PoFi? Hi all, lately I've been spending more time over at the PoliticsFilter Slack. I thought some of you might be interested in joining. →[More:]It's an offshoot of MeFi that started as a way to have political chitchat without overwhelming MeFi. There is still a lot of news/politics talk, but there are channels for fun things like food, sharing joys, sharing fears, randomness, selling crafts, etc. It is a nice group of folks, many of whom you may know already from here or from MeFi - well moderated, and scratches my itch for casual online conversation. It's been a nice place to go for understanding of what's happening in the world, and also a chance to kibitz and vent.
