I am making banana muffins and suddenly Whitey Ford walks into the kitchen yowling in his loudest possible voice. He sounds like he is in deep pain and distress.

He parks himself at my feet and carries on.

Dude, it's mashed bananas!

Yowl!

I toss some on a plate and put it on the floor.

See? You don't like banana.

But he does like mashed banana. A lot.

So odd. I did not give him more thinking he might end up vomiting but it has been an hour and he is fine. So, so, odd.
