I must share this I have just made the best easiest dessert ever. (Y'all probably already know this one; but...) →[More:]One box instant lemon pudding made according to directions (or, just, however you like) . Chill. Mix in at least one or more pints fresh blueberries. May try a smidge of lavender in it next time.

Could fancify by layering into glasses.

Just, where, has lemon pudding mix been all my life? Why was I making it from scratch!?

Ooh, that sounds lovely. I have a great recipe for a vegan lemon pudding. I love the layering idea, and I'd also crumble some Biscoff over the top too.

I tried adding some lavender. A very little bit goes a loooong way. I think it is a good addition, but should be a very small amount or it overwhelms the whole thing.

It's not pudding, but I just made a no-churn lime ice cream pie for someone's birthday, and if you go with a pre-made graham crust it's pretty low effort for a tasty result.

• Melt in microwave one large Hershey chocolate bar. Let cool just a bit.
• Fold chocolate into one large tub of Cool-Whip.
• Pour mixture into one pre-made graham cracker crust.
• Refrigerate a few hours to let it set.
• Eat.

It's down-n-dirty celebration of low-fi cooking.
