Damn it. Even when nice news happens someone finds a way to make it suck. A few years ago you likely heard about a guy who worked in the New Hampshire university library and left the school $4,000,000. This is how that turned out.
It's amazing that a person with good intentions must work to protect those good intentions from those who would profit from it.... if only it had been specifically earmarked....but then, they would probably still find a way to steal it.
