I just realized, Lee Majors was NOT actually my first celebrity crush. This guy was. Watching this now, and I'm four years old again, wanting to marry the guy. *swoon* Anyone else remember this show on PBS?
We didn't have a PBS station in our area when I was young.

I think the only celebrity crush I ever had was Randolph Mantooth from the show Emergency.

David Suchet, aka, Hercule Poirot, is the only other character I've really enjoyed as I got older.

NEver heard of this guy. Was he Boston area only?

He's like the love child of John Denver and James Taylor.

I remember the show. I never shared your crush! However, I think my first celebrity crush was David Cassidy in The Partridge Family, which is a truly embarrassing thing to admit. (I also had quite a thing a bit later on for Leonard Nimoy as Mr. Spock.)

Mine was definitely Lee Majors. I also had a thing for the Monkees. Mike and Micky in particular.

I had a crush on Bones from Star Trek, Stacey Grainger in The Virginian, Peter Tork from The Monkees and (hangs head in shame) Alan Tracy - a puppet - from Thunderbirds.

Oh yes, Peter Tork! Definite crush on him. And Al Pacino. He was scrumptious in his youth.

Never seen this guy before. I guess the PBS channels in our area didn't carry the show.

My first celeb crush was Julie London as nurse Dixie on Emergency.

My first non celeb crush was Corky the athletic redhead at the day camp in the park by my house. She was mature and sophisticated and lovely. I realized years later she had likely been 13 or 14 but to 7 or 8 year old me she was the perfect woman.
