Do you have a fitness tracker? Do you like the one you have? looking for recommendations.
I love my Apple Watch. For a lot, including the best fitness tracking I've experienced on any gadget. My husband likes his Fitbit.

I've been thinking about one too, one of those little silicone wristband types. In particular, I'm interested in tracking my sleep. I've been sleeping very badly recently, waking up several times in the night. Instead of a full night's sleep, I'm having just a series of short naps, and I get up feeling exhausted. I'd like to see exactly how much sleep I'm getting, and for how long these 'naps' are lasting. It might also help me be a bit more active.

I don't own one, but I've found reviews from The Sweethome helpful for other products, here's their fitness tracker guide.

(*waves* - first comment in nearly two years, but I have been reading from time to time)

I recently got a Fitbit Charge HR, which is, I think, kind of a mid-range model (it was a birthday gift from my mom). Going on 7 weeks now and I'm very happy with it. It's fairly innocuous, does the sleep-tracking thing, and really does encourage me to walk more (weather-permitting). I'd been out of practice wearing something on my wrist so it was a bit annoying initially, but it only took me about two weeks to get used to it. Charges very quickly and holds power well. Looks like they're about $120 on Amazon. Worth it, to me.

I have a Garmin wrist fitness tracker. I like it - it does phone notifications from your phone, and I find that I miss far fewer calls with it on.

The only problem with this one is that they seems to just die periodically. This one was my husbands, and Garmin replaced it once, and then he grew tired of it and got an Apple Watch. My dad ordered one, and his has died once or twice, and Garmin has replaced it for him as well. It seems like they know it's an issue.

I charge it about once per week, and it seems to hold a charge that long. I also use it for step tracking, and it seems to do pretty well with that. Before I had this one, I had a Fitbit one, I think, and I liked it as well, but sometimes forgot to clip it on.

Oh, and this one will buzz at you every hour or so to get a certain amount of activity, which you can turn off if you want.
