I keep liquor around solely for the use of others who visit, except for orange liquor, which goes into chocolate things and goes with strawberries. Sometimes I have some vodka for making pasta sauce, and at the holiday, I get bourbon for a recipe.

There's no way for me to use up the stuff without giving it away.....
