Is there a song you associate with a household implement? [More:]
Every time - and I mean every time - I use my lemon reamer, I sing "Reamer, you're nothing but a reamer" to the tune of Supertramp's "Dreamer".

And when I hang out the washing, I sing "Papa's Got a Brand New Pigbag" when I take my pegbag out of the cupboard. (In the UK we call them clothes pegs, not clothes pins. And we keep them in a pegbag.)

Does anyone else do this?

Crevice Tool. I hate that song but it still haunts me.

Well, living alone in a tiny apartment, when I use my cheap vacuum cleaner, I like to sing/hum "Shop Vac", since it so perfectly describes a lifestyle I'm glad I don't have (besides, I didn't know any other songs about vacuum cleaners until arse_hat posted "Crevice Tool"... thanks for the earworm and motivation to do some cleaning)

Trying to remember the last time I saw a clothespin. Probably sometime in the eighties.

Paul Dukas' The Sorcerers Apprentice whenever I sweep with a broom, naturally.

Pfft - Corb Lund's Hard on Equipment will give you a song for everything in your toolbox.

I use a clothesline and clothespins, but not all the time. Living in a temperate rainforest has its drawbacks.

I shouldn't like this song, but I do || I wish I could steer my car with one hand. Er, paw.
