Vote #3 for k.d. lang. I love the richness, not only of her voice, but also the music. My second pick would be Jeff Buckley. I adore this song; it moves me to tears when done right.

I love the way Steven Page sang it at Jack Layton's funeral.

And despite the fact that it ranked at #56 out of 60 on this list, I am unapologetic in my love for Susan Boyle's cover.
