Prayers/conforting thoughts requested →[More:] I just found out that friends of ours lost their son.

They took him down to college and when he didn't answer the phone a week later his dad drove down and found him. They think he fell and hit his head on a table.

He's about the same age as my youngest (25). I can only imagine what they're feeling right now.

Just passed the 9 year anniversary of my youngest's death at about the same age. I wish I had a comforting thought but all I can say I send pointless love and good thoughts to the parents and to you.

Argh. Doohickie. Some things just should not happen in the universe. One of those things is to survive ones child.

I cannot imagine how devastated they are. I am so very sorry for this terrible loss. My deepest condolences to all who loved this young man.
