screw-ups I did a major mistake at work. Boo. I hate myself now. I know I'm not the only person who makes mistakes but it really hurts my pocketbook since I am paying for the remediation.

Ouch. You know, sometimes work sucks. Sorry you have to get dinged, but no, you're far from the only person who makes mistakes. I'e made about a thousand this year. The good news: being a worthy and lovable human being is bigger than work.

Work can totes suck at times. (I sometimes think back to one of my first posts here asking people about their work screwups when I got the forklift stuck on my first day by myself.)
