So I discovered that BuzzFeed will let anyone post. So I made My First Listicle! (involves The Little Mermaid) →[More:]

I gotta say finding timestamps in the video and clipping GIFs got exhausting very quickly. I can imagine doing this for marketing or other content-generation reasons, like if you actually work at one of these kinda sites, can get very like a "digital sweatshop"...

Guess what?!

So, this Little Mermaid vs. Philosophy thing I wrote sank like a stone, but!

So a couple days before I wrote that listicle I made a submission to this this site. A few hours ago they wrote back to me with a rejection.

And I was like, alright, whatevs. But I took the rejected material and wrote it up on BuzzFeed, just in between working and checking email etc.

And on BuzzFeed their staff liked it and highlighted it!

The virtue of tenacity!!
