The Guardian on the German novelist Daniel Kehlmann Did any of you read any of his books?
I've never heard of him. He certainly sounds intriguing.

"F" is on my Kindle waiting to be read but, so many books ...

I did read Die Vermessung der Welt but had lost sight of him. So I was intrigued by the mention of 'F' and such.

Ha, initapplette, with ebooks it's so easy to gather more books than you read... :-)
How many do you have waiting for you?

My house is filled with hard copy books clamoring to be read, PLUS the stuff on the kindle. I think I am going to have to declare a moratorium on library books for a while. Also a moratorium on reading articles about books and book reviews. Sorry Herr Kehlmann, talk to me in a couple of years. :-)

On the Kindle, around 60. Stacked up on the floor of my room (good thing mr. init is understanding), 80+.
