I've had a rough go of things for a while. I'm bipolar and was off my meds since January. I have been afraid of almost all my old friends, and I have some abuse issues in my past that have made reaching out to family hard.

I'm back on meds and working on patching together some interim support while I get my life back together. I know some folks have been worried about me disappearing, so I wanted to reach out.
