What a wild adventure! The place looks great now, so sorry you had to deal with all that mess. I don't even understand how one person could make such a mess. How come we can't have a great landlord like you? I had one once (basement apartment in Queens, yay for Tony), I guess I got my quota for life. I suppose that's why people like to buy!
