It's the middle of the month--time to check in on your goals! So, how is everyone doing during this short month?

This month, I will...

1. Not fall on my face. I've got events booked pretty much every day (in addition to my usual work schedule).

2. Not fall into the pattern of eating junk food and neglecting my meditation and prayers.

3. Work really strongly on managing my money and not spending frivolously. The dance convention is next month and I would really like to make sure I have some funds set aside in case I see anything super pretty.


Yeah, I've fallen on my face pretty shittily so far this month. Then again, the snow and everything hasn't helped matters. Still eating junk food. (I ordered pizza before the snow storm.) Money isn't too bad right now, especially once I get paid back by people for doing candle purchases. :)
Last week, I did two weightlifting workouts and a conditioning workout, as per the plan.

So far this week, I'm short one conditioning workout. I might just do stretching tomorrow.

I've been eating healthily - mostly vegan, and plenty of juicing. But not as much exercise as I'd have liked, due to (a) atrocious weather and (b) the woodsmoke cough from Thanksgiving still hanging on, which has caused some impairment in my lung function.

Oh, and as for the social/dating things - I cancelled a date with a creep, but have been doing some social things, including dinner with a couple of girlfriends tonight, and brunch with a friend tomorrow. Piano bar next Friday too.

Doing pretty well on the healing process although there are good days and bad days. Don't start work for another week so that's not done yet. Mostly reading and watching old Buffy episodes and taking it easy.

Step count went really well yesterday.

I'm going in for a massage later today, so yes to the relaxing?

Keeping track of calories isn't going so well. Tomorrow is a new day!
