Had phone interview for a job yesterday but haven't heard anything back yet. Even if they do call me back, then I'd have to go through with at least a full day of in-person interviews. I do need a job but I hate this process.

Give it another day or so. Hearing back the day after would be unusual, especially if they're interviewing others.

Yeah, I know, just antsy. They actually just posted the job description publicly this morning, they'd given me an early interview because I'd been talking with them already about a different position that I decided not to interview for.
